We Work With All Insurance Companies

Pavillon now accepts insurance reimbursement from all insurance plans as the down payment on the individual’s treatment costs.  Both out-of-network and in-network benefits’ coverage are treated the same: with verification of benefits; obtaining treatment authorizations; and then submitting claims for services provided to each patient.  Pavillon is in network with Cigna, and works with all other insurance companies to obtain out-of- network benefit reimbursement for residential treatment services.

Pavillon engages an offsite agency who stays up-to-date with the ever-changing world of health insurance.  This agency facilitates optimized insurance reimbursement for each person who opts to use their insurance to help cover the cost of treatment.  An individualized financial agreement is crafted for each person admitting for treatment.

Pavillon does not participate in—nor do we file claims for patients covered under—Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare programs.

Cigna’s Transparency in Coverage

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.

Pavillon Is Committed To:

  • Validating all insurance benefits before admission
  • Pre-certifying insurance coverage early in the treatment process
  • Filing insurance claims to the insurance company for payment during and after treatment
  • Following up on all outstanding claims until they are resolved
